Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another reputable carrier, depending on order size and value.

  • Tracking information will be provided for every shipment once your order ships.

  • High-value orders may require signature confirmation for delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

  • Any applicable shipping upgrades will be shown during checkout.

  • We do not profit from shipping charges.

Insurance

  • All shipments are fully insured for the purchase amount while in transit.

  • In the unlikely event of a lost or damaged package, we will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Packaging & Discretion

  • Orders are packaged securely and discreetly.

  • No indication of precious metals or coins will appear on the exterior of the package.

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 2–5 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Issues

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Faulkner Coin & Bullion is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

Returns & Shipping

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
