At Faulkner Coin & Bullion, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review the following refund and return guidelines carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be returned in the same condition as received

• Coins must remain unaltered and unopened in original holders or packaging

• The item returned must be the exact item originally shipped

Non-Returnable Items

Due to market volatility and industry standards, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Bullion products (including silver rounds, bars, and bullion coins)

• Items damaged, altered, or removed from original holders after delivery

• Orders placed incorrectly by the buyer (e.g., buyer’s remorse on bullion pricing)

Certified Coins

Certified coins graded by third-party services (such as NGC or PCGS) are eligible for return only if the holder remains intact and unopened. We do not accept returns based on grading opinions or subjective eye appeal.

Refund Process

• Once a return is approved and the item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

• Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Return Shipping

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Faulkner Coin & Bullion.

• Returned items must be shipped with tracking and adequate insurance.

• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Authenticity Guarantee

All items sold by Faulkner Coin & Bullion are guaranteed to be authentic.
If an item is determined to be not genuine by a recognized third-party authority, a full refund will be issued upon return of the item in its original condition.
